To request an official transcript, the transcript request form (download) and appropriate fee may be mailed, faxed or submitted in person. If transcripts are being requested by fax, credit card information is required on the fax or taken over the phone. The following information is required on all requests in order to process transcripts:

How and when do I apply for graduation? To apply for graduation, undergraduate and graduate students should submit a graduation application and $50.00 application fee to our office by the dates listed below. Application deadlines are:

Students wishing to obtain a grade of P-F must apply by completing the Pass/Fail link to pass/fail form from in Charger Central when registering or before the end of the third week of classes. Undergraduate students not on academic probation may take courses on a P-F basis. Students are limited to 12 semester hours of credit on P-F basis over the course of the degree. Any course may be taken P-F except English composition, mathematics, and courses within the student’s major or minor. (Download pass / fail form here) Change of major forms are available in Charger Central. Students should complete the form indicating what major they are wishing to change to. Once the form has been processed, the student is notified and assigned a new advisor.(Download change of major form here) All students are encouraged to register on the web. Each student should meet with their academic advisor to determine what courses should be taken and obtain a Registration Access Code (RAC) for the current semester. Once an RAC has been obtained, students can register on the web. Students requiring assistance with general navigation and login information can contact our office Monday – Thursday, 7:30am – 6:00pm and Friday, 7:30 – 5:00pm. Students receiving registration errors should contact their academic advisor. If you are unable to reach the office via phone during registration times, you should email, or stop by to be sure that your question is answered as quickly as possible. General College Student Advising: College of Business Administration: College of Engineering: College of Liberal Arts: College of Nursing: College of Science: Registered students must pay the $10 fee in the office of the Bursar and then take their receipt and a copy of their schedule to the University Center, Room 147 to have a Charger Card made. Students are automatically mailed a parking decal to their current address once they have registered for classes. Additional and replacement parking decals may be purchased at the Office of Public Safety. Tuition payments may be paid online, in Charger Central, or in the Bursar’s Office. Tuition is due each semester by the official first day of classes by 5pm. How do I apply for on campus jobs? Degree related and non-degree related jobs are available on campus.
