Undergraduate
Undergraduate applications are available in Charger Central. All applications and required documents may be submitted to Charger Central for processing. The undergraduate application should be completed by students who are:

First time freshman must complete an undergraduate application, followed by high school transcripts and ACT/SAT scores.

Transfer students must complete an undergraduate application, followed by all official transcripts from all previously attended colleges or universities. Applicants with previous records showing 24 semester hours or more of work attempted at accredited colleges or university must have a minimum overall 2.0 to qualify for regular admission. If less than 24 semester hours will be transferred, high school transcripts and ACT/SAT scores are required.

Non-degree applicants are eligible to take any class as long as they have the appropriate prerequisites. Students attending another institution, but coming to UAHuntsville as a non-degree student, must complete an undergraduate application followed by a letter of good standing or unofficial transcript from their current institution.

Students applying for Readmission should complete a new undergraduate application. Transcripts from colleges attended since being enrolled at The University of Alabama in Huntsville are required. Returning students are not required to pay the application fee again. To avoid paying the application fee again, students can either complete the application in person or print and mail the online application to Charger Central.

A non-refundable $30 application fee must accompany all applications. Returning students do not have to pay the application fee again.
